I am a daycare teacher and I need some ideas for the play we will be putting on. I was wondering for any suggestions as to which story I can do. Doesn’t have to be any famous story! Thank you to anyone who answers!
Here are a couple ideas.
1) KOLOBOK
An old Russian folk tale about the freshly baked roll who rolls away from the house and meets all kinds of animals on the way.

2) THE GIGANTIC TURNIP
Russian folk tale about the turnip which grows up so big that it can’t be pulled up by grandpa alone, so his wife, his granddaughter, his dog, his cat and even a mouse are called to help out!

3) TEREMOK (SMALL CABIN/THE TOWER)
An old Russian folk tale about the animals who managed to live peacefully under the same roof, until the bear came along…

4) MASHA AND THE BEARS (GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS)
Timeless classic tale
And how do you go about getting the stories published? Any suggestions for a good publisher in Canada?
Only if you write a lot of them and they are popular. Although some of that is based on what you mean by decent living.
Good Luck
I am currently in my 2nd year of college in a community school and looking to transfer. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. I am thinking of possibly going away to school in PA.
