CPSIA 2008′s new safety laws are hurting local toymakers and businesses.
Mel Taber of Camillus, NY runs a toymaking business out of his home and is concerned that CPSIA 2008′s new testing standards will be so costly, he will be put out of business.

This man has been putting love into the wood toys he’s made for 30 years! There should be a way he can send the inventory he can’t use or sell away, to get some money back for it.
